مقدم الخدمة ونطاق الشروط
تُقدم خدمات الموقع والتطبيق باسم Fly Adam Travel Agency بواسطة BILAD AL SHAMS. توضح هذه الشروط استخدام منصتنا وخدمات الوكالة، إلى جانب الشروط الخاصة بكل حجز أو مزود خدمة التي تُعرض أو تُبلّغ لك قبل تأكيد الشراء. إذا كان أي شرط غير واضح، تواصل معنا قبل الدفع.
الحساب ودقة البيانات
قد تحتاج إلى حساب لبعض الخدمات. احمِ بيانات الدخول ولا تشارك رموز التحقق. يجب أن تكون بيانات الاتصال والركاب صحيحة، وأن تطابق أسماء المسافرين وبياناتهم وثائق السفر. عند إدخال بيانات شخص آخر، يجب أن تكون مخولًا بذلك. أبلغ الدعم سريعًا عن أي خطأ.
الأسعار والتوافر والتأكيد
تعتمد الأسعار والتوافر على بيانات مزودي الخدمة وقد تتغير قبل تأكيد الحجز. راجع المسار والتواريخ والعملة والمبلغ النهائي والأمتعة وأي رسوم معروضة قبل الدفع. إرسال الطلب أو بدء الدفع لا يمثل وحده إصدار تذكرة؛ تحقق من حالة الطلب وتأكيد الحجز أو التذكرة، وتواصل معنا عند وجود تعارض.
الدفع
يتم الدفع باستخدام الوسائل المتاحة أثناء الطلب، وقد يخضع للتحقق ومعالجة مزود الدفع. احتفظ بمرجع المعاملة. إذا خُصم المبلغ ولم يصدر تأكيد الخدمة، تواصل مع الدعم بمرجع الدفع والحجز قبل تكرار المحاولة لتفادي دفعات مكررة.
وثائق السفر والتأشيرات
تحقق من صلاحية جواز السفر ومتطلبات التأشيرة والعبور والدخول والأمتعة ومواعيد الحضور لدى الجهات المختصة وشركة الطيران. تقديم طلب تأشيرة لا يضمن الموافقة؛ القرار لدى الجهة المختصة. يجب تقديم مستندات صحيحة وكاملة وفق متطلبات الخدمة.
التعديل والإلغاء والاسترداد
تخضع التغييرات والإلغاء والاسترداد لشروط الحجز ومزود الخدمة وسياسة الاسترداد المنشورة. قد توجد حجوزات غير قابلة للاسترداد أو رسوم وفروقات سعر بحسب الشروط المطبقة. طلب الإلغاء أو التعديل لا يُعد مؤكدًا حتى تتلقى تأكيدًا من الدعم أو مزود الخدمة.
استخدام الموقع وحل المشكلات
استخدم الخدمة بصورة مشروعة، ولا تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به أو تعطيل الخدمة أو تقديم معلومات مضللة. تواصل معنا بشأن الأعطال أو الشكاوى مع رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة. لا تهدف هذه الشروط إلى استبعاد أي حقوق لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب المتطلبات القانونية المعمول بها.

Operator and scope
Website and app services are provided as Fly Adam Travel Agency by BILAD AL SHAMS. These terms describe the use of our platform and agency services alongside booking-specific and supplier conditions shown or communicated before purchase confirmation. If a condition is unclear, contact us before payment.
Accounts and accurate information
Some services may require an account. Keep sign-in details secure and do not share verification codes. Contact and passenger details must be accurate, and traveller names and details must match their travel documents. You must be authorised to submit another person’s information. Notify support promptly of any error.
Prices, availability and confirmation
Prices and availability depend on supplier information and may change before confirmation. Review the itinerary, dates, currency, final amount, baggage and any displayed charges before paying. Submitting a request or initiating payment does not by itself issue a ticket. Check the request status and booking or ticket confirmation, and contact us about discrepancies.
Payments
Payments use the methods available during the request and may be subject to verification and payment-provider processing. Retain the transaction reference. If money is debited without service confirmation, contact support with the payment and booking references before retrying to avoid duplicate payments.
Travel documents and visas
Check passport validity, visa, transit, entry, baggage and check-in requirements with the relevant authorities and airline. Submitting a visa request does not guarantee approval; the competent authority makes that decision. Provide accurate and complete documents required for the service.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Changes, cancellation and refunds are subject to booking and supplier conditions and our published refund policy. A booking may be non-refundable or subject to charges and fare differences under the applicable conditions. A cancellation or change request is not confirmed until support or the supplier confirms it.
Website use and resolving issues
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or submit misleading information. Contact us about faults or complaints with your request reference and a description of the issue. These terms do not seek to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable legal requirements.
