البيانات التي نتعامل معها
قد تشمل البيانات: الاسم ورقم الهاتف وبيانات الحساب؛ معلومات الركاب والسفر وجواز السفر اللازمة للحجز أو التأشيرة؛ المستندات والصور التي ترفعها؛ مراجع المعاملات وحالات الدفع الواردة من مزودي الدفع؛ مراسلات الدعم؛ ورموز إشعارات الجهاز والبيانات الفنية وسجلات التشغيل. يتوقف نطاق البيانات على الخدمات التي تستخدمها والصلاحيات التي تمنحها.
استخدام البيانات
نستخدم البيانات لإدارة الحساب والتحقق من رقم الهاتف، ومعالجة الحجوزات وطلبات التأشيرات والمدفوعات، وتقديم الدعم وإشعارات الخدمة، وحماية النظام من الاحتيال والأخطاء، والاحتفاظ بالسجلات اللازمة لتنفيذ الخدمة والمتطلبات المعمول بها.
مشاركة البيانات ومزودو الخدمات
قد نشارك البيانات اللازمة لتنفيذ طلبك مع شركات الطيران ومزودي السفر والتأشيرات وبوابات الدفع ومزودي التحقق والرسائل والإشعارات والاستضافة والتخزين الفني. قد يعالج هؤلاء المزودون البيانات خارج العراق وفق مواقع أنظمتهم. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. تنطبق سياسات مزودي الخدمات أيضًا عند استخدام خدماتهم.
التخزين على الجهاز والصلاحيات
يستخدم الموقع والتطبيق تخزينًا محليًا أو وسائل جلسات عند الحاجة لتسجيل الدخول وحفظ اللغة والتفضيلات واستمرار الاستخدام. قد يطلب التطبيق صلاحية الصور أو الكاميرا لرفع مستند تختاره، وصلاحية الإشعارات لإرسال تحديثات الخدمة. يمكنك إدارة الصلاحيات من إعدادات الجهاز أو المتصفح؛ وقد تتأثر الوظيفة المرتبطة بالصلاحية عند تعطيلها.
الاحتفاظ والحماية
نحتفظ بالبيانات بحسب الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة وإدارة المعاملات وحل النزاعات والوفاء بمتطلبات حفظ السجلات المعمول بها. قد يستمر الاحتفاظ بسجلات مالية أو حجوزات لازمة بعد إغلاق الحساب. نستخدم ضوابط وصول واتصالًا مشفرًا، لكن لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل خالية تمامًا من المخاطر.
طلبات البيانات وحذف الحساب
يمكنك طلب تصحيح البيانات أو حذف الحساب عبر الدعم، كما يمكن إرسال طلب حذف الحساب من صفحة الملف الشخصي في التطبيق. نراجع الطلب وقد نطلب ما يلزم للتحقق من ملكية الحساب. نعالج الحذف مع مراعاة السجلات التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها، ونوضح أي قيود تنطبق على طلبك. لا يعني إرسال الطلب تنفيذ الحذف فورًا.

Information we handle
Information may include your name, telephone number and account details; passenger, travel and passport information needed for bookings or visas; documents and images you upload; transaction references and payment status received from payment providers; support correspondence; device notification tokens and technical or operational logs. The information involved depends on the services you use and permissions you grant.
How information is used
We use information to manage accounts and verify phone numbers; process bookings, visa requests and payments; provide support and service notifications; protect the system against fraud and errors; and maintain records needed to deliver services and meet applicable requirements.
Sharing and service providers
Information needed to fulfil your request may be shared with airlines, travel and visa suppliers, payment gateways, verification, messaging, notification, hosting and technical storage providers. Providers may process information outside Iraq depending on where their systems operate. We do not sell personal information. A provider’s own policy also applies when you use its services.
Device storage and permissions
The website and app use local storage or session mechanisms where needed for sign-in, language, preferences and continuity of use. The app may request photo or camera access to upload a document you choose, and notification permission for service updates. You can manage permissions in your device or browser settings; disabling a permission may affect the related feature.
Retention and protection
Information is retained as needed to provide services, manage transactions, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable record-keeping requirements. Necessary financial or booking records may be retained after account closure. We use access controls and encrypted connections, although no storage or transmission method is entirely risk-free.
Data requests and account deletion
You can request corrections or account deletion through support, or submit an account-deletion request from the app’s profile screen. We review requests and may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Deletion is processed subject to records that must be retained, and any applicable limitations will be explained. Submitting a request does not immediately delete the account.
