الاستحقاق وشروط الحجز
يعتمد استحقاق الاسترداد والمبلغ القابل للاسترداد على نوع الخدمة وشروط التذكرة أو الطلب وقواعد مزود الخدمة المطبقة على حجزك. قد تكون بعض الخدمات أو التذاكر غير قابلة للاسترداد. راجع الشروط قبل الدفع واطلب توضيحًا من الدعم عند الحاجة. تظل الحقوق الإلزامية التي تقررها المتطلبات المعمول بها محفوظة.
كيفية تقديم الطلب
أرسل طلبك إلى info@flyadam.net أو اتصل على +964 782 222 8935 مع رقم الحجز أو الطلب ومرجع الدفع وسبب الطلب ووسيلة للتواصل. لا ترسل أرقام البطاقات كاملة أو كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق. إرسال الطلب لا يعني إلغاء الحجز أو الموافقة على الاسترداد فورًا.
الرسوم والمبلغ
قد تُطبق رسوم إلغاء أو تغيير أو معالجة وفق الشروط التي تنطبق على الخدمة، وقد تتأثر قيمة الاسترداد بما تم استخدامه من الخدمة. يوضح الدعم نتيجة مراجعة الطلب والمبلغ والرسوم المطبقة قبل تنفيذ خيار يتطلب موافقتك.
مراجعة الطلب وطريقة إعادة المبلغ
بعد مراجعة الطلب وتأكيد مزود الخدمة، يتواصل الدعم معك لتوضيح النتيجة والخطوات التالية. يُنسق الاسترداد عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية حيثما كان ذلك ممكنًا؛ وإذا تعذر، تُرتب وسيلة مناسبة بعد التحقق والتواصل معك.
فشل الحجز أو الدفع المكرر
إذا ظهر خصم دون تأكيد حجز، أو اشتبهت بعملية دفع مكررة، أبلغ الدعم بمراجع المعاملات. نراجع حالة الدفع والحجز قبل تحديد الإجراء المناسب. قد يكون المبلغ حجزًا مصرفيًا مؤقتًا بدل عملية مكتملة، وتحدد جهة الدفع حالته ووقت تحريره.
إلغاء المزود وطلبات التأشيرات
عند إلغاء الرحلة أو تغييرها من المزود، تعتمد الخيارات المتاحة على تعليماته وشروط الحجز والمتطلبات المعمول بها. وبالنسبة للتأشيرات، يعتمد استرداد الرسوم على مرحلة معالجة الطلب وشروط الجهة أو المزود؛ رفض التأشيرة لا يعني تلقائيًا أن جميع الرسوم قابلة للاسترداد. تواصل معنا لمراجعة حالة طلبك.

Refund & cancellation policy
Eligibility and booking conditions
Refund eligibility and the refundable amount depend on the service, ticket or request conditions and the supplier rules applicable to your booking. Some services or tickets may be non-refundable. Review the conditions before payment and ask support for clarification if needed. Mandatory rights under applicable requirements remain unaffected.
Submitting a request
Email info@flyadam.net or call +964 782 222 8935 with your booking or request reference, payment reference, reason for the request and contact details. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Submitting a request does not immediately cancel a booking or approve a refund.
Charges and refund amount
Cancellation, change or processing charges may apply under the conditions for the service, and any used portion of the service may affect the refund. Support will explain the review outcome, amount and applicable charges before carrying out an option that requires your agreement.
Review and payment method
After reviewing the request and obtaining supplier confirmation, support will contact you with the outcome and next steps. Refunds are coordinated through the original payment method where possible; if this is unavailable, a suitable alternative is arranged after verification and communication with you.
Failed bookings or duplicate payments
If you see a debit without booking confirmation, or suspect a duplicate payment, contact support with the transaction references. We review payment and booking status before determining the appropriate action. An amount may be a temporary bank authorisation rather than a completed charge; the payment provider determines its status and release timing.
Supplier cancellations and visa requests
When a supplier cancels or changes a service, available options depend on its instructions, booking conditions and applicable requirements. For visa requests, fee refunds depend on the processing stage and authority or supplier conditions; a visa refusal does not automatically make all fees refundable. Contact us to review your request.
